I’m Jane, recipe writer, photographer, video creator, and the author of three published cookery books. I’ve been a passionate cook and food blogger for many years, always drawn to the stories that connect food, memory, and culture.

我是 Jane, 食譜作者、攝影師、影片創作人,以及三本已出版食譜書的作者。多年來,我一直熱愛烹飪與寫作,喜歡探索食物、回憶與文化之間的連繫。

我三本出版的書,每一本都承載著珍貴的回憶。

I was raised in a Buddhist family, where vegetarian and vegan meals were a natural part of everyday life. Growing up in Hong Kong, I often visited Buddhist temples known for their beautiful and creative plant-based cuisine. These meals were more than just spiritually nourishing, they were culinary treasures that revealed the joy and artistry of meatless cooking.

Without realising it, the seeds were already planted in me. Many years later, they began to grow; and that growth blossomed into a new identity: a resourceful vegan cook who finds joy in creating and sharing compassionate food.

我在佛教家庭中長大,素食和純素的餐膳早已是生活的一部分。成長於香港的我,常常造訪以創意素食聞名的寺院。那些料理不僅滋養心靈,更展現了無肉烹飪的藝術與樂趣。

當時我並沒有察覺,這些經驗其實早已在我心中播下種子。多年後,這些種子發芽成長,讓我找到了新的身份; 一位喜歡以創意與慈悲烹調的純素料理人。



Since becoming vegan in 2016, I’ve been developing home-cooked, plant-based recipes rooted in fond memories, cultural traditions, and love.

Through my Blog and YouTube channel, you’ll find wholesome, flavourful dishes inspired by Chinese and Asian home cooking; all made without meat or animal products. Each recipe is created to be comforting, accessible, and full of joy. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone who simply loves good food.

自 2016 年起成為純素者後,我一直致力於研發以記憶、傳統與愛為根的家常植物性食譜。

透過我的 部落格 和 YouTube 頻道,你會發現許多靈感源自中式及亞洲家常菜的健康、美味料理;全以植物為本,無需動物成分。每一道菜都溫暖、易學、充滿喜悅;無論你是素食者、純素者,還是單純熱愛美食的人,都能在其中找到幸福的滋味。
