鮮美水菓貝殼通粉沙拉 Fresh Fruit and Pasta Salad


經歷了最近一場大風雪的侵襲後,天氣還沒有回暖的跡象。已踏入四月中了,我們出外還要圍脖巾,戴帽子和穿厚外套!相信在我們還沒有時間把冷天的衣物清洗放好前,夏天便已悄悄來臨了。

We've been seeing some unseasonal weather conditions over the recent weeks; now in the middle of April, we're still wearing scarfs, hats and coats when going out! This means before we've even a chance to put away the winter clothing, the summer months are upon us.



在英國,雖然夏天不會太熱;除了間中氣温會高至 30C 或以上。大部分時間,由五月至九月,天氣都是和暖舒暢的。

In the UK, we don't get very hot summers; though having said that, we do have temperatures rising up to 30C occasionally. But most of the time, from May to September, we enjoy quite comfortable warm weather. 


不論我們住在那裏,夏天來時便是給自己換季的好機會。可是寒冬的飽暖飲食少不免在身形上留下痕跡。我們大多數都要採取適當行動,如注意飲食和多做有益身心的運動;才可以在大熱天時裏,穿著合時的夏裝盡情享受美好的天氣。

It doesn't matter where we are in the world, summertime call for change of wardrobe, and that sometimes means action needs to be taking to restore the shape of our body after the comfort eating that's undoubtedly happened during the long cold winter. By eating healthily and doing more exercises, we can enjoy the hot season and its fashionable outfits with more confidence. 


市面上的水果蔬菜種類繁多,要為家人或自己做健康美味的三餐真是一點也不難。

With so much fresh fruits and vegetables available nowadays, making healthy meals for ourselves and our family couldn't be easier.


我打算在以下的幾篇網誌上與我親愛的讀者們分享一些健康、富營養而又令人感到滿意飽足的美味食譜。知道我女兒也會用心期待著,我會把這些菜式弄得更精彩和好滋味。希望你們也會喜歡呢。

坐言起行,前幾天我便做了這道「鮮美水菓貝殼通粉沙拉 」作為我們的午餐。那新鮮的水果和西芹香味,伴著充滿質感的大貝殼意粉,混合在自家調配的細香葱、蛋黃醬、全籽芥末、檸檬汁和蜂蜜做的沙拉醬中;那美味,讓你對吃著的每一口都感到非常享受。你完全不留意這道菜是沒加肉進去的。坦白說,你不會覺得缺少了甚麼。

I am planning to prepare lots of healthy, nutritious yet delicious and satisfying meals in the coming posts, to share with you my dear readers. As I know my daughter will be anticipating them with interest too, that motivates me to try and cook up even more fun and exciting recipes. Hope you will like them too.

To start with, I made this " Fresh Fruit and Pasta Salad " for our lunch the other day. The fresh flavour from the fruits and celery, combined with the wholesome pasta; mixed in the herb, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon and honey homemade dressing, made eating this salad such an enjoyable experience. You wouldn't even notice there was no meat in the meal; quite frankly, you don't need it!

鮮美水菓貝殼粉沙拉
( 4 人份 )

材料:

沙拉醬:
  • 蛋黄醬 6 平湯匙
  • 檸檬汁 1 個
  • 流質蜂蜜 1 茶匙
  • 全籽芥末 1 湯匙
  • 細香葱 chives 切碎 1-2 湯匙隨意
  • 海鹽和鮮磨黑椒適量
沙拉:
  • 大貝殼通粉 250g
  • 易去皮的橙 2 個,去皮,把白內囊盡量除去。用非常鋒利的刀在每瓣橙肉連結的膜两旁切塊,避開中間連著的膜,如左下圖。切去橙片中間的白色部分,每片橙肉橫切為二塊。
  • 紅蘋果 2 個去心切開再切塊
  • 綠和紅提子各 50g 
  • 西芹兩條切小段
做法:
  1. 貝殼通粉根據包裝指示煮至軟硬適中,過篩瀝乾。
  2. 將所有做沙拉醬的原料在一深碗中拌勻備用。
  3. 把沙拉材料和通粉全倒進大碗中,把沙拉醬淋下完全拌勻,便可上桌。
  4. 沙拉可以做好,即時進食或置冰箱內,第二天放進便當盒用作上學或上班的午餐。





我先生通常都不喜歡沙拉的,但他一嚐便立即愛上了。還問我他可以再點這個作午餐嗎!

My husband is not normally a salad person, but even he loved it so much that  he asked me if he could have it again!

    我们家应该没办法把沙拉当主食,可是没关系,小雨伞比较容易养~~ 只要不是牛羊,其他的都可以接受去尝试^^

      全籽芥末是 Whole grain mustard,是瓶裝芥末醬中保留著整粒整粒的芥末籽。

      做給小孩吃時不要加全籽芥末和小香葱就好了,其他的材料她們都會愛吃的。
