In my last post I made Red bean rice flour puddings - one of my favourite Hong Kong street foods from childhood and, I'm sure, a lot of other people's favourites as well. 紅豆砵仔糕 ( 賀年小吃 ) Red Bean Rice Flour Pudding ( Chinese New Year Food )


To those of us who grew up in Hong Kong, " Put Chai Ko" -   Red Bean Rice Flour Pudding, was one of our favourite childhood foods. Even just talking about it now inevitably brings back lots of nostalgic feelings and fond memories.
